Wallpaper Returns Policy
We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if you change your mind, please see below for return details:
All of our wallpaper is printed to order. If you choose to return the wallpaper there will be a 25% restocking charge, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you have not yet received the wallpaper and it has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel your order at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or using the cancellation form found on our website.
If the wallpaper has been despatched you have 14 days from the delivery date to let us know that you wish to return your order. Once accepted you have a further 14 days to return the wallpaper, at your expense, to the address specified on the delivery note.
Your refund, including initial delivery charges, will be refunded within 7 days of us receiving the wallpaper to the address supplied on the delivery note, or within 7 days of the date you provide us with valid proof of postage.
The wallpaper must be returned in its original packaging (where possible), unused, and in a re-saleable condition. If the value of the wallpaper has been diminished through unreasonable handling we reserve the right to recover the cost from you and will deduct this before processing your refund.
Refunds will only be paid using the original method of payment.
